We are launching the Cubicore Gateway Hub, a dual-channel, Wi-Fi-connected LoRaWAN-compatible gateway designed for desktop installations, shelves, classrooms, laboratories, IoT projects and small-scale deployments.
The Gateway Hub uses the same internal gateway platform and firmware as the Cubicore Gateway Pocket. The differences are its larger enclosure and its external LoRa antenna connection — an included 915 MHz hinged blade antenna attached through an RP-SMA connector, which gives far more flexibility in antenna positioning and better placement for coverage.
Preconfigured for the Philippines
Every unit ships preconfigured for The Things Network using the recommended Philippine AS923 Group 3 settings, on 916.6 and 916.8 MHz. Once both internal channels are provisioned to Wi-Fi through the ESP BLE Provisioning app, the gateway starts forwarding LoRaWAN packets. Claiming the gateway to your own TTN account is optional.
